You can return or exchange the items ordered up to 14 days after delivery by filling out the online return form . Once filled out, you will receive an email with a receipt to print and include in the package.
Within 14 days of the return request, send the order at your own expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan enclosing the receipt of the request.
Once we receive your package, we will send you a refund confirmation email which you will receive within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.
