Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (“Consumer Code”), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on Bronzallure.it.
To proceed with the return, fill in the online return form . Once completed, you will receive an email with a receipt to print and include in the package. The products to be returned must be shipped within 14 days from the date of completion of the form.

The products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged; the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal; the products are returned in their original packaging. If you have complied with all the required conditions, Milor SpA will refund you the full price of the products purchased, with only the return shipping costs remaining at your expense. Otherwise the return cannot be accepted.

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after Milor SpA has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email accepting the return and Milor SpA will proceed with the refund, which will be credited within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.

All products sold by Milor SpA are provided with an identification tag fixed with a disposable guarantee seal, which is an integral part of the product. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the relative seal. Otherwise the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. The shipping address is Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan. In case of loss or damage of the products during transport it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
